Wimemo 是一款旅行记忆整理应用,用于在本地识别照片和视频元信息,生成地图、旅记、计划和旅行单位视图。你应确保自己拥有或有权处理导入、记录、编辑或分享的内容。
2. 账号与安全
你需要对账号下的操作负责。请妥善保管登录方式,不要未经许可访问他人的账号、旅行单位或共享内容。使用手机号登录时,你需要在应用中主动勾选同意接收来自 Wimemo 的 2FA/OTP 验证码短信。短信验证码仅用于登录验证。
3. Premium 与应用内购买
本页面是 Wimemo 的自有服务条款与最终用户许可协议(EULA)。Wimemo Premium 是 Wimemo 的付费服务,可能提供更多旅记容量、更多同行成员、更多单次分享媒体数量或其他高级功能。实际权益以应用内订阅页面展示为准。
- 当前可提供的产品可能包括 Wimemo Plus Monthly(月度自动续订)、Wimemo Plus Yearly(年度自动续订)、Wimemo Lifetime(一次性买断)以及自愿支持类消耗型项目。
- 产品名称、订阅周期、价格、试用、优惠和可购买状态以 App Store 购买确认页面为准。
- 订阅通过你的 Apple ID 付款。
- 订阅会自动续订,除非你在当前订阅周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。
- 续订费用会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内向你的 Apple ID 账户收取。
- 你可以在 iOS 的 Apple ID 订阅设置中管理或取消订阅,也可以在 Wimemo 的订阅页面进入管理入口。
4. 取消与退款
取消订阅后,你仍可使用已付费周期内的 Premium 权益。退款由 Apple 根据 App Store 政策处理,你可以通过 Apple 的购买记录或 Apple 支持发起请求。
5. 内容与分享
你保留自己内容的权利。使用分享或协作功能时,请确认你有权分享相关照片、视频、文字、地点和成员信息。你不得上传、记录或传播违法、侵权、骚扰、仇恨或其他不适当内容。
6. 隐私
我们如何处理照片、视频、账号和订阅/购买信息,详见 隐私政策。Wimemo 的核心设计是照片默认在本地处理,不因基础整理功能上传原始照片或视频。
7. 服务变更
我们可能会改进、调整或停止部分功能。对于影响你权益的重要变化,我们会尽量通过应用、网站或邮件提供合理通知。
8. 免责声明
Wimemo 会尽力提供稳定、准确的旅行整理体验,但照片元信息、定位、设备权限和网络状态都可能影响结果。服务按现状提供,在法律允许范围内,我们不对间接损失、数据误分类或不可预见的服务中断承担责任。

1. Description of Service
Wimemo is a travel memory app that helps identify photo and video metadata locally, organize trips, display maps, create journals and plans, and manage travel units. You are responsible for ensuring that you own or have the right to import, record, edit, or share any content you use with the service.
2. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for activity under your account. Please keep your sign-in method secure and do not access another person's account, travel unit, or shared content without permission. If you use phone sign-in, you must actively opt in inside the app to receive 2FA/OTP text messages from Wimemo. Verification text messages are used only for sign-in verification.
3. Premium and In-App Purchases
These Terms are Wimemo's own Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (EULA). Wimemo Premium is a paid Wimemo service that may provide expanded trip capacity, more travel companions, a higher per-share media limit, or other premium features. The actual benefits are shown in the in-app subscription screen.
- Available products may include Wimemo Plus Monthly (monthly auto-renewable subscription), Wimemo Plus Yearly (yearly auto-renewable subscription), Wimemo Lifetime (one-time purchase), and voluntary consumable support items.
- Product names, subscription periods, prices, trials, offers, and availability are confirmed on the App Store purchase sheet before purchase.
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Apple ID subscription settings, or open the management entry from the Wimemo subscription screen.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
After canceling, you can continue using Premium benefits until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. You may request a refund through your Apple purchase history or Apple Support.
5. Content and Sharing
You retain your rights to your content. When using sharing or collaboration features, please make sure you have the right to share the relevant photos, videos, text, locations, and member information. You may not upload, record, or share unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content.
6. Privacy
How we handle photos, videos, account information, and subscription information is described in our Privacy Policy. Wimemo is designed so original photos and videos are not uploaded for the core local trip-organizing experience.
7. Changes to the Service
We may improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the service. For important changes that affect your rights or benefits, we will try to provide reasonable notice through the app, website, or email.
8. Disclaimers
Wimemo aims to provide a stable and accurate travel organization experience, but results may be affected by photo metadata, location data, device permissions, and network conditions. The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, data misclassification, or unforeseeable service interruptions.
