2. 照片和视频如何处理
Wimemo 是照片优先的旅行记忆应用,但我们尽量把相册留在你的设备里:
- 照片和视频内容默认在 iPhone 本地读取、扫描、分类和展示。
- 基础旅程整理不会上传你的原始照片或视频文件。
- 为了多设备同步和账号恢复,我们可能同步旅行元信息,例如国家、城市、时间、坐标、照片数量和本地资源标识符。
- 只有当你主动使用分享、协作或未来明确需要云端文件能力的功能时,相关内容才会按界面提示上传或共享。
3. 我们如何使用信息
- 生成地图、旅记时间线、计划和旅行单位视图。
- 同步你的账号资料、旅行单位、成员、旅记和计划元信息。
- 处理登录、安全、订阅、恢复购买和客户支持请求。
- 改进产品稳定性、性能和用户体验。
4. 第三方服务
Wimemo 可能使用 Apple、云数据库、托管服务、邮件服务和短信服务来提供登录、验证码、订阅、同步、托管和支持能力。验证码短信只用于 2FA/OTP 登录验证。我们只会在实现这些功能所需的范围内共享必要信息。App Store 订阅由 Apple 处理,付款信息由 Apple 管理,我们不会接触你的完整付款卡号。
5. 数据保存与删除

1. Information We Collect
To provide Wimemo, we may process the following information:
- Information you provide, such as display name, avatar color, travel-unit names, member nicknames, plans, and journal text.
- Photo and video metadata available on your device, such as capture date, location metadata, local asset identifiers, and item counts, so the app can identify trips locally.
- Account and sign-in information, such as account identifiers, session state, and the phone number used to send verification text messages.
- Subscription status, such as whether Premium is active, the subscription tier, and expiration date, so the app can display and unlock the right features.
2. How Photos and Videos Are Handled
Wimemo is a photo-first travel memory app, but it is designed to keep your library on your device whenever possible:
- Photo and video reading, scanning, grouping, and display are designed to run locally on your iPhone by default.
- The core trip-organizing experience does not upload your original photos or videos.
- For multi-device sync and account recovery, we may sync travel metadata, such as country, city, dates, coordinates, photo counts, and local asset identifiers.
- If you actively use sharing, collaboration, or future cloud-file features, the app will explain what content is uploaded or shared before that feature is used.
3. How We Use Information
- To generate maps, trip timelines, plans, and travel-unit views.
- To sync account profile, travel units, members, trips, plans, and related metadata.
- To support sign-in, security, subscriptions, purchase restoration, and customer support.
- To improve product stability, performance, and user experience.
4. Third-Party Services
Wimemo may use Apple, cloud database providers, hosting providers, email services, and SMS providers to provide sign-in, verification codes, subscriptions, sync, hosting, and support. Verification text messages are used for 2FA/OTP sign-in only. We share only the information needed to provide those functions. App Store subscriptions are processed by Apple. Payment information is managed by Apple, and we do not receive your full payment card number.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Local data is stored on your device. Account and travel metadata synced to the cloud may be retained while your account remains active. You can delete trips, travel units, or account-related information in the app where supported, or contact us at feedback@wimemo.com for help.
6. Children's Privacy
Wimemo is not directed to children under 13. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child by mistake, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
