Wimemo turns the photos people already have into a private map of the trips they lived.
This page gives journalists, reviewers, and creators a concise set of verified product facts, current links, review angles, and reusable media assets.
What reviewers can verify today.
Wimemo is an iPhone travel memory app built by Jerry Li as a one-person company assisted by AI. It reconstructs trips from photo dates and locations, then keeps places, notes, plans, people, expenses, imported media, and selected shared memories around the same trip.
Photo scanning and organization happen on device by default. Collaboration uploads only media the user explicitly selects; web import is another explicit upload action.
Wimemo is not a live social tracker or a replacement for a backup library. It is a travel-specific memory layer that can work alongside Apple Photos, Synology Photos, or Immich.
Four stories that are more useful than another generic app launch.
Each angle has a current evidence page with limitations and comparison boundaries stated directly.
